**NOTICE: YOU MUST BE FROM A STUDENT FROM ONTARIO WHO IS 13-18 YEARS OF AGE TO PARTICIPATE!**

Spanning from February 18th at noon to February 21st at noon, we are excited to announce the inaugural LyonCTF cybersecurity competition!

In this capture the flag (CTF) contest, teams of Ontario middle and high school students ages 13+ will battle it out with their skills in digital forensics, website and application exploitation, reverse engineering, and cryptography! Intended for students of all experience types, the challenges are designed with a low barrier of entry to enable even first-time competitors to gain experience and knowledge in an enjoyable, cooperative way.

This contest is organized by the Mackenzie Computer Programming Team with prizes generously sponsored by the Educational Computing Organization of Ontario.

Prizes

250 Canadian Dollars worth of prizes are kindly sponsored by the Educational Computing Organization of Ontario. The prize pool will be allocated as follows, split evenly among team members:

First place: $120
Second place: $80
Third place: $50
