Why rating is zero?

I guess that this is because of the quals quotas (like Ukraine somehow got excluded from CIS and a lot of weak teams invited. Even one from quals top3 is weak, this could somehow be related to that it is from the same university like much more skilled one). Rating system will work unfair in this case, so it is zeroed.
Can't agree with that though.

Can you please tell me how did u figured out that this team is weak?
I'm captain of this "WEAK" team, and the fact that we are not so high in CTFtime rating doesn't mean that we are weak ones. And btw, we were 4th ones, that's not top3.

By rating you are low, so rating of the competition should be low as well. But you are surely not the weakest team participating, teams from CIS (with Russia and Ukraine excluded due to some strange reason) are much lower.

I meant russian top3.
