The SCAN 2024 CTF Challenge is the world’s first competition to determine which team possesses the most advanced skillset in Crypto asset tracking and other critical capabilities necessary for keeping the digital economy secure. Each team is limited to a maximum of four members. The online preliminary round will be held on July 30th for 24 hours, starting at 00:00 UTC. The top 8 teams with the highest scores will advance to the finals in Seoul on September 5 th to compete for the total prize pool of 5 BTC.
The questions included in the CTF are designed to evaluate your knowledge and skills related to unravelling the inner working of Virtual Asset ecosystem such as UTXO chains (Bitcoin), EVM chains (Ethereum, Tron), necessary for handling investigations in this domain, such as cryptographic functions, transaction tracking, reverse engineering and programming to name a few.
