IEEE VICTORIES CTF is an annual cybersecurity competition organized by the IEEE student branch at Mansoura University. Now in its 4th edition, this event brings together the best minds from across Egypt and beyond for an exciting two-phase competition:

Qualifiers (Online): An open round accessible to teams worldwide, featuring creative and technically challenging tasks

Finals (Onsite): The top 20 teams from the qualifiers will be invited to Mansoura for an offline showdown with harder problems and live competition

Jeopardy-style challenges in Reverse Engineering, Forensics, Crypto, Web, OSINT and MISC

This CTF is designed for students, professionals, and hobbyists alike. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned CTF player, there's something for everyone.
