The Kurultai Capture The Flag (CTF) project aims to establish and nurture a vibrant cybersecurity community in Baku through competitive learning and networking. Named after the Turkic word "Kurultai" meaning "general assembly," this initiative embodies our vision of bringing together like-minded cybersecurity professionals, students, and enthusiasts in a collaborative environment.
Our inaugural online CTF competition, planned for late August/early September 2025, will feature 30 static challenges across multiple cybersecurity domains, accommodating up to 200 participants in a 24-hour competitive format. This event serves as the foundation for building a sustainable cybersecurity community that will regularly convene to enhance skills, share knowledge, and foster professional growth.
