RSA に再挑戦したが、まだ何かおかしいようだ、と書いてある。見るとなんだかプロファイルが多い、というか秘密鍵が書いてある。ウェブで RSA の複合化手順を調べて、その通りに普通に秘密鍵を使ってエンコードするとフラグ。
