At first glance these numbers seem weird. I tried Base32 but fruitless. I thought for a while and found that there are 12 groups of numbers splitted by hyphen. And the numbers seem to range from 01 to 31. Considering the name "2017, Dating", I found a way to get the answer: Drawing characters from the Calendar according to the order of the numbers.

The first is January. And we get "H".

Following the same method we get **HITB{CTFFUN}** for each number strings. And it's the answer.
