"2024 HackTheon Sejong" International University Students’ Cyber Security Competition

❍ Format: Jeopardy-style problem-solving competition

❍ Schedule(KST)
- Preliminaries : April 27, 2024 (Sat), 9:00 – 18:00, Online
※ Top 40 teams (20 Advanced, 20 Beginner) will progress to the finals
- Finals : June 19, 2024 (Wed), 10:00 – 18:00, In-person at the Sejong Convention Center(66, Dasom 3-ro, Sejong City, Republic of korea)
※ Accommodations are provided for finalists.

❍ Awards Ceremony : June 20, 2024 (Thu), 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.(KST)
- Advanced Category Prizes (total of KRW 32 million): Grand Prize (1 team) KRW 10 million, Excellence (2 teams) KRW 5 million each, Honorable Mention (4 teams) KRW 3 million each
- Beginner Category Prizes (total of KRW 6 million): Grand Prize (1 team) KRW 2 million, Excellence (2 teams) KRW 1 million each, Honorable Mention (4 teams) KRW 500,000 each

- The top-ranking team in the Advanced category earns a direct entry to the “2024 Cyber Conflict Exercise” hosted by the National Intelligence Service.
