Very good events. Good organisations. Many challenges with various difficulty. Weight 20 is good for me.
This CTF was super great : a lot of different challenges, a good infrastructure, a crazy ambiance, free beers and hack on fucking Minitel ! ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minitel )
The only downside was the availability of the exploitation chall' but that wasn't a big issue.
I'm not sure if this CTF meets the CTF Time standards, but I think the quality and difficulty were high enough to maybe have some weight.
