For context: This originally was a VM behind a NAT. Organizer's solution was to bind to the same port the program was using. That was too fucky and we originally wanted it to be sockfd reuse (however, a closesocket before ret broke that).

So, we just added an internet VNIC to make it easier because we felt that was too weird/broken.
