Aw4k3n was founded in 2024 by three students majoring in Information Security from PTIT HCM:Threde, n0g_1ong and NTK1100. It started out as a coincidence - working together part-time - then sharing a passion for CTF competitions, leading to the birth of the team.

The team then welcomed two new members, nikanikanikanikaniiiiiiiiii and minhlamhehe, both friends of NTK1100, strengthening the Aw4k3n lineup. Since then, the team has continued to actively participate in CTF competitions, constantly learning, developing and challenging themselves in the field of cybersecurity.
