I hope you are doing well.
I am the team captain (Universal) of the team "VOID_Walkers", which will be participating in your upcoming event Axiom CTF, scheduled from 7th March to 8th March.
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning one of my team members, "TnmXspark". Unfortunately, he did not receive the account confirmation email, and despite several attempts over the past 2–3 days, he has been unable to log into his account.
Since the event has a maximum team limit of five members, he is currently unable to register again using a new account while the existing one remains associated with our team. This situation prevents him from participating in the event with us.
Therefore, I would kindly request your assistance in removing the account "TnmXspark" from our team so that he may create a new account and rejoin the team before the event begins.
We sincerely hope to resolve this issue soon so that our team can participate and compete fairly alongside other teams in the competition.
