Not fair to close registration before the ctf and be rated 25
Agree with sudhackar.
Putting this at 25 weight is ridiculous. Third-party registration website, all in Russian, registration closed before the event started -- long story short, it wasn't quite "open to teams all over the world". Some tasks were okay, but really, this CTF has a long way to go even to be rated 10. Our team simply quit about two hours in, after acknowledging this and getting just enough points to vote.
